波司登(03998.HK)公佈年度業績 經營溢利上升10.0% 庫存週轉天數進一步降低
格隆匯6月28日丨波司登(03998.HK)公吿，截至2023年3月31日止年度，公司收入同比上升3.5%至約人民幣167.74億元，經營溢利同比上升10.0%至約人民幣28.26億元，公司權益股東應占溢利同比上升3.7%至約人民幣21.4億元，董事會建議就每股普通股派發末期股息13.5港仙。
2022/23財年是極不平凡的一年。面對諸多不確定因素，集團在應對疫情延宕、需求不振、出口承壓等衝擊中堅守温暖使命，聚焦核心主業，堅持品牌引領，增強發展韌性，品牌羽絨服業務作為核心主業的底盤更穩固，開放創新的動力更強勁，戰略發展的佈局更優化，主要經營業績穩中有進、進中提質，書寫了新時代國貨品牌崛起的優質答卷。
渠道方面，集團持續優化渠道結構和提升渠道質量，關注重點一線、新一線城市及核心商圈店鋪的打造；通過分店態運營的模式實現精細化管理；通過坐實單店經營，不斷夯實並提升終端門店的經營能力和運營效率。
截至2023年3月31日，集團庫存週轉天數為144天，同比2022年3月31日同期庫存週轉天數有6天的下降。這主要是由於集團自2021/22財年開始，集團在堅持維持較低首次訂單比例的同時，持續堅持拉式補貨調節機制，有效推進全渠道商品一體化運營管理；與此同時，上述補貨機制、存貨管理方法及商品運營體系在2022/23財年堅定得以實施落地。庫存週轉天數的進一步有效降低，不僅彰顯了集團在面對不確定風險因素時的強大經營韌性，更為2023/24財年迴歸疫情前常態化經營模式奠定了非常優質輕鬆的渠道庫存水平基礎、以及更加健康發展的空間。
此外，2022/23財年，集團持續利用企業微信建立與顧客更加便捷的溝通橋樑。波司登品牌在天貓及京東平台，新增粉絲1,399萬人，新增會員357萬人；截至2023年3月31日，波司登品牌在天貓及京東平台共計粉絲3,455萬人，會員1,363萬人。同時，截至2023年3月31日，波司登品牌在抖音平台共計粉絲782萬人。以上平台30歲以下年輕消費者佔比較去年同期有明顯增長。
集團聚焦科研技術投入，着手構建、培育科研技術領先的能力。新材料開發方面，基於設計師產品開發需求並結合市場消費者反饋，制定新材料研發目標和方向，同時匹配合適供應商進行聯合研發。科研創新方面，集團科研技術中心使用面積達10,000+平方米，通過打造全國領先的極地環境模擬驗證實驗室、全面升級了原材料專家實驗室的軟硬件能力，可承接南極科考、登峯適用產品的技術和質量檢驗。
在2022/23財年，集團共申報專利246項，申報授權專利254項，為羽絨服專家提供了專利技術、背書支撐，截至2023年3月31日，集團已累計全部專利606項(含發明、實用新型及外觀專利)。
