電動車Lucid獲英名車Aston Martin 2.3億美元供應協議
電動汽車製造商和電池組製造商Lucid(LCID.US)披露,獲得英國豪華汽車製造商Aston Martin供應協議,將向Lucid支付2.32億美元技術費用,其中包括價值1億美元的Aston Martin股票以及三年期間支付的1.32億美元現金。Aston Martin亦承諾向Lucid動力總成部件支出最少2.25億美元。
Lucid則將為Aston Martin提供其電池系統技術,並將安裝於Aston Martin電池電動汽車(BEV)底盤。
截至上周五(23日),Lucid股價在過去三個月內下跌33.2%。Lucid周一升11%。
