格隆匯6月21日丨香港興業國際(00480.HK)公吿,集團2023財年收入為16.94億港元,同比減少59.4%。因此,集團基礎溢利(撇除投資物業公平值變動未變現虧損淨額)為4.96億港元,同比下跌48.4%。
該下跌主要是由於:(i)香港物業銷售步伐於年內大幅放緩,以及為把握市場氣氛回暖機遇,將位於中華人民共和國("中國")嘉興市的星逸園項目物業開售時間延至2023年3月,故該項目的銷售溢利確認由2023財年延至下一個財政年度,因而導致集團銷售物業收入及溢利減少;及(ii)利率上升導致集團財務費用增加。
若計入投資物業公平值變動未變現虧損淨額,公司擁有人應占溢利為4.56億港元,同比減少58.5%。2023財年每股基本盈利為30.7港仙,去年則為73.9港仙。
董事會建議向於2023年9月1日名列公司股東名冊本公司股東宣派2023財年末期股息每股1港仙(2022年:5港仙)。建議末期股息於本公司2023年8月23日所舉行2023年股東周年大會上獲批准後,將於2023年9月19日派付。建議末期股息相當於本公司截至2023年3月31日止年度派付股息總額(2022年:8港仙)。
於2023年3月31日,集團應占土地儲備面積合計8,435,000平方尺(包括由合營公司持有的土地),待履行相關條件及條款後,該等土地將用作物業發展。集團於2023財年亦已收購1,415,000平方尺可建總樓面面積。
於2023財年,愉景灣的規劃和升級工程繼續推進,展現集團對社區的承諾。集團已制定策略性"愉景灣2.0"路線圖,除了提供優質房屋,以符合買家日益增加的需求外;愉景灣的基礎建設和設施亦將提升,為社區營造更美好生活環境,創造可持續居停。集團亦正翻新碼頭設施,為乘客帶來更方便及更佳體驗。集團持有愉景灣50%權益。
