漢國置業(00160.HK)盈喜:預計年度純利同比增長約七成
格隆匯6月15日丨漢國置業(00160.HK)公佈,集團預期截至2023年3月31日止年度錄得的公司擁有人應占溢利將較截至2022年3月31日止年度所錄得的公司擁有人應占溢利約港幣9170萬元增加約70%。
董事會認為,預期該溢利的增加主要是由於:(1)集團於2023年3月31日之投資物業重估錄得之公平值虧損較上年同期投資物業之公平值虧損減少。(2)集團將位於中國大陸廣州持作產生租金收入之商業/辦公室大廈在其竣工階段由發展物業轉撥至投資物業時,確認公平值收益。
