啟德新盤「天瀧」外判承建商被指欠薪 約20名工人罷工
啟德跑道區新盤「天瀧」今早(14日)有約20名泥水、雲石工人在該地盤外拉橫額罷工,其外判承建商被指自2月拖欠地盤工人薪金,涉及30-40人,總計200萬元。
據本地傳媒引述恆地(00012.HK)發言人回覆指,業主(六間發展商)及大判裕民建築均沒有欠薪,已按合約準時支付薪金,相信是二判(京匯國際工程)的問題。
天瀧由恆地、中國海外(00688.HK)、華懋集團、帝國集團、新世界發展(00017.HK)及會德豐地產合作發展,共涉566伙,單位實用面積由351至1,942平方呎不等。
