港股異動丨香港寬頻跌超6% 終止討論收購要約
格隆匯6月14日丨香港寬頻(1310.HK)終止討論收購要約,截至半日收盤,股價跌6.27%報4.78港元,半日成交3340萬港元,最新總市值62.69億港元。集團公佈,與潛在要約人已經終止有關可能提出要約的討論,可能提出要約將不會進行。香港寬頻於3月初表示,董事會透過I Squared Asia Advisors Pte Ltd.接獲一份初步非約束性函件,表明其有意與香港寬頻進行一項涉及可能提出要約的交易,倘若交易進行,預期可能通過環球全域電訊(HGC)及其一間聯屬公司完成該交易。
