部分內房恢復海外債券融資 寶龍、中駿、合景、龍光升4%至7%
人民幣跌勢未止,人行意外下調七天期逆回購操作利率10點子,在岸人民幣今早(13日)跌穿7.16關,跌見7.1673兌一美元再創去年11月底以來逾半年低,現報7.1635兌一美元,跌209點子。離岸人民幣跌穿7.17關,跌見7.1776兌一美元同創逾半年低,現報7.1741兌一美元,跌199點子。
《上海證券報》引述宏觀研究員指,人行下調逆回購利率,意味本周四(15日)公布的MLF,以及下周二(20日)公布的LPR很大機會同步下調,認為現時經濟偏弱,需求不足,降息有助於引導市場預期,支持實體經濟發展。而在宏觀層面,減息亦有利於實體融資改善,改善預期,促進內需。
A股兩市早段小幅分化,滬綜指現跌8點或0.3%,報3,220;深成指現微升8點或不足0.1%,報10,882。港股恆指今早低開48點後,早市窄幅偏軟,現跌86點或近0.5%,報19,318,成交277.51億元。
有機構數據顯示,部分房企恢復海外債券融資,新城、越秀、綠景等房企恢復了海外債融資。離岸債敞口受關注內房個別發展,四大藍籌內房中,國企潤地(01109.HK)微跌0.5%、中海外(00688.HK)反覆靠穩;民企龍湖(00960.HK)則升1.1%;碧桂園(02007.HK)升3%,其馬來西亞附屬實體上日(12日)已完成在2023年6月9日到期的COGARD5.4的本息兌付,發行規模6,500萬令吉(約1,409.8萬美元),息票率5.4%。
其餘國企背景內房普遍小幅拉鋸,綠城中國(03900.HK)微升0.1%、中國金茂(00817.HK)、遠洋集團(03377.HK)、建發國際(01908.HK)升0.8%至1%、越秀地產(00123.HK)則微跌0.1%、中海外宏洋(00081.HK)跌4.1%。
民營內房板塊受支持,寶龍地產(01238.HK)、中駿(01966.HK)升3.8%至4%、合景泰富(01813.HK)及龍光(03380.HK)升5.9%至6.7%;新城發展(01030.HK)反覆靠穩、融創(01918.HK)則跌2.1%。
