香港01大股東于品海及旗下公司被追討逾4億元
本地傳媒《香港01》創辦人兼大股東于品海,以及其旗下兩間公司Pippen Limited與大地控股,去年被建銀國際海外入稟控告債券違約,於到期日未支付3.84億元款項,連同利息追討超過4.16億元。
該案於今日開審,建銀國際申請解除扣押于品海旗下一間已撤銷註冊及沒有營運的相關公司CIM Company Limited,法庭批准並下令被告需支付訟費9,100元。
