《新股消息》據報小米(01810.HK)參投黑芝麻智能擬來港上市 集資最多3億美元
據報自動駕駛計算芯片開發商黑芝麻智能科技計劃來港上市,預料最快本月提交上市申請,目標集資約2億至3億美元,較年初傳出的集資2億美元有所增加。
官網資料顯示,黑芝麻智能成立於2016年,專注於車規級高性能計算芯片與平台技術研發,投資者包括小米集團(01810.HK)、蔚來(09866.HK)(NIO.US)、上汽集團、聯想創投、招商局創投、中芯聚源等,另外合作夥伴亦包括百度(09888.HK)(BIDU.US)、滴滴、美團(03690.HK)、中興通訊(00763.HK)及騰訊智慧出行等。(gc/u)
