滿幫高管解讀Q1財報：若剔除貨運經紀服務 對公司利潤影響較小
近日，數字貨運平台滿幫集團(NYSE：YMM)發佈了2023年第一季度業績報吿。報吿期內實現營業收入17億元，同比增長27.7%，非美國會計準則下錄得淨利潤5.1億元，同比增長171.4%。
財報顯示，2023年一季度，滿幫集團的平台貨運匹配服務和增值業務兩大業務均取得不同程度的增長。貨運匹配服務實現營收約14億元，同比增長24.9%；增值業務實現營收3億元，同比增長42.4%。
值得注意的是，對於政府退税佔滿幫集團收入過半等頗受外界關注的問題，公司管理層人士在電話會議中進行了詳細解釋。公司管理層人士稱，"貨運經紀業務主要指平台與貨主簽訂裝運合同，然後委託平台匹配的或貨主指定的司機履行貨運訂單，由滿幫集團作為無車承運人，併為貨主提供合規發票。我們的貨運經紀業務有助於貨主更好地防止貨物損壞、司機加價和延誤等情況的產生。訂單履行後，我們按運費的一定比例向貨主收取服務費並確認為收入，目前是6%左右。"
公司管理層人士還表示，貨運經紀服務是平台一項重要的黏性業務，能夠提高平台貨主對滿幫平台的依賴度和使用效率。"貨運經紀服務有很多合同物流裏面的熟車，也幫助我們對貨主的完整需求有了更加全面量化的瞭解，而不僅限於臨調車需求。平台也在有意識地逐步牽引貨運經紀業務向更多有找車需求而不是純開票的貨主羣體遷移，從而提升其利潤貢獻率。"
據悉，目前，滿幫平台貨運匹配服務收入由貨運經紀服務、交易佣金和貨運信息發佈三塊業務組成。今年第一季度，三塊業務分別實現營收7.7億元、4億元、2.2億元。研報顯示，在業務端，在線交易服務(交易佣金部分)是公司收入增長和利潤改善的主要驅動因素。2021年底以來，隨着交易佣金和增值服務收入的增長，貨運經紀業務在總體收入中佔比逐年下降，利潤率也比較低。上述公司管理層人士指出，"剔除貨運經紀業務，對公司整體利潤層面的影響也很小，並不會影響公司的持續性運營和業務規模的提升。"
針對市場上流傳的"滿幫2021年GTV虛增10倍"的消息，有滿幫集團內部人士表示，增值税主要是基於滿運寶開票金額即貨運經紀服務GTV(税返主要指該部分)以及其他業務收入的9%進行徵收，而非基於平台整體披露的GTV。
滿幫集團管理層人士亦迴應了對於貨運經紀服務税返政策變化的一些猜測稱："關於税返政策的變化，目前國家政策層面暫時沒有看到變化，我們也在積極和相關部門保持溝通。"
