穆迪:美債上限談判若出現變化或會在違約前下調美國評級展望
評級機構穆迪預計,美國政府將可繼續按時償還債務,但債務上限談判的公開聲明,可能會促使該行在潛在違約前下調美國評級展望。
穆迪現時維持美國「Aaa」信用評級,評級展望為穩定。穆迪預計,國會最終可就提高債務上限達成協議,但穆迪正在為談判及有可能出現的臨時解決方案做準備,如果美國政府未能償還債務將被視為違約,會導致其評級被下調一級至「Aa1」。
穆迪稱,若國會暗示會發生違約,穆迪可能會在違約前採取行動,將美國的評級展望從穩定下調至負面。
