《大行報告》摩通料本港零售銷售進一步復甦 受惠內地旅客重臨
摩根大通發表報告,指本港3月零售銷量按年升39.4%勝預期,經季調後,按月升幅擴至6%,高於2月的3.6%;並屬疫情以來經季調零售銷量首次恢復至2019年12月水平。首三個月零售銷量按年升22.3%,遠多於去年末季的0.4%升幅。報告稱這與本港GDP數據一致,當中首季私人消費開支按年大升12.5%。以銷貨價值而言,3月按年升40.9%,經季調按月亦升6%。
報告稱,零售銷售穩固復甦受惠通關以來內地入境旅客增加,3月日均內地入境旅客約6.34萬人,相當於疫情前(2018年)水平的約45.4%。3月酒店入住率增6個百分點至84%,未季調平均實現酒店房價按月升18.7%。
展望未來,摩通稱,在內地入境旅客量復甦驅動下,本港零售銷售料進一步復甦。4月日均內地入境旅客較3月再增21%;另在消費券支持下,本地居民消費亦見復甦。整體而言,該行料今年本港總消費開支按年升5.5%,為今年經濟增長5.4%預測帶來4.5個百分點的貢獻。
