摩通戴蒙:收購第一共和後 銀行危機基本已結束
摩根大通(JPM.US)出手收購由美國監管機構接管的第一共和銀行(FRC.US)所有存款和大部分資產,摩通首席執行官戴蒙在電話會議中表示,該行收購第一共和銀行後,最近數周最為注目的美國地區性銀行倒閉危機已基本結束。
戴蒙稱,銀行業可能仍有其他較小的問題,但幾乎已解決所有問題,認為目前銀行體系穩定,存款流失的憂慮基本結束,但未來投資者仍面臨美聯儲加息及其對包括地產等資產所帶來的風險。另外,摩通不打算保留第一個共和銀行的名稱。
