动视暴雪(ATVI.US):英国阻止微软(MSFT.US)交易是毫不合理
动视暴雪(ATVI.US)行政总裁Bobby Kotick称,英国监管机构阻止微软(MSFT.US)以690亿美元收购公司的决定是不合理的,并预计交易最终将获得批准。
Kotick未有提及两间公司是否会延长7月18日前完成交易的最后期限,仅称两间公司正准备对英国的决定作出回应,认为上诉程序有利两间公司。
英国竞争与市场管理局(CMA)于周三否决交易,认为这将令微软在云游戏领域获得不公平的优势。Kotick表示,CMA夸大云游戏的重要性,云游戏是业务中其中一个无关重要的部分,相反移动游戏占全球市场更大的份额,而微软已明确表示愿意并将继续向任何云服务商提供云游戏内容。
