維達(03331.HK)瑞典大股東Essity或悉售近52%持股
維達(03331.HK)控股股東瑞典大股東Essity宣布決定進行內部策略檢視,包括考慮處置於維達的投資,以及其歐洲消費式紙巾自有品牌,可能會出售部分持股甚至悉數沽售,從而降低消費類紙巾業務對集團的貢獻,惟現階段尚未落實任何方案。
目前Essity於維達持股約51.59%持股,以昨日(26日)維達收市價21.8元計,相關持股市值達到約135億元。Essity去年度收入計,維達貢獻達到約16%,而消費用紙自有品牌歐洲業務佔約6%。
維達則發公告指,獲悉Essity的策略檢視處於初步階段,包括評估不同方案亦可能包括導致投資減少的方案,尚未就此作出任何決定。(gc-sl/k)
