歐盟:美國科技巨擘及阿里(09988.HK)等19公司須遵守網上內容新規
歐盟內部市場專員Thierry Breton表示,5間Alphabet(GOOGL.US)子公司、兩個Meta(META.US)部門、兩間微軟(MSFT.US)公司、Twitter及阿里巴巴(09988.HK)旗下全球速賣通(AliExpress)等19間公司需要進一步遵守數碼服務法案(DSA),該法案要求企業就網上內容進行風險管理、外部及獨立審計,以及與當局及研究人員共享數據,同時需要在8月前採用行爲準則。
上述公司將需要採取更多措施來應對虛假資料,爲用戶提供更多保護及選擇,並確保向兒童提供更有力的保護,否則將面臨高達其全球營業額6%的罰款。
