格隆匯4月17日丨火巖控股(01909.HK)公吿,董事會謹此宣佈,於2023年4月17日成立公司獨立調查委員會,由獨立非執行董事周媛珊、駱子邦及譚植藝組成,就該事件開展獨立調查,藉以(其中包括)調查及報吿導致出現該事件各項事宜及事件,並建議董事會將予採取的行動。
譚植藝已獲委任為獨立調查委員會主席。獨立調查委員會亦或會委任其他專業顧問協助獨立調查。獨立調查委員會將根據獨立調查的發現向董事會報吿並向董事會建議將予採取的行動。繼續暫停買賣。
