格隆匯3月31日丨 卓悦控股(00653.HK)公吿,截至2022年12月31日止12個月,錄得營業額1.86億港元;年內溢利為1.67億港元(2021年虧損:2.16億港元),扭虧為盈;每股盈利為4.8港仙(2021年每股虧損:6.3港仙)。
集團從2020年初開始把業務轉型升級。在產品方面,集團把美粧零售業務拓展至"Beauty、Health & Lifestyle"三大品類貨品,提升消費者購物體驗,包括延伸以涵蓋移動電話等技術產品。
在運營方面,集團利用科技創新,將舊業態轉變成新業態,集團、消費者、商家、供應商及持份者等都從中受惠,獲取最大的回報。這是通過(1)建立線下與線上運營相互融合的O2O營運模式,以提升消費者的購物體驗(2)建立全球電子商務平台卓悦"香港貓HKMALL"網上購物平台,香港及國際品牌可透過44個渠道平台、向34個國家提供服務(3)構建新業態模式,協助香港中小企商家轉型,由傳統舊業態轉變成全域數字化新業務模式。
目前,集團提供超過100,000個存貨單位,並分銷逾100個知名品牌(包括獨家分銷瑞斯萊芳、Dr.Bauer、Yumei、WOWWOW、Dr.Schafter及I.SkinFocus)。除了護膚品、香水、化粧品、護髮及身體護理產品外,集團亦從全球各地採購保健及生活產品。近期亦以具有競爭力的價格推出多種優質的產品。集團持續關注市場趨勢及消費者行為,蒐羅最新的熱門產品,以滿足顧客不斷變更的需要。
