《大行報告》匯豐研究下調綠城中國(03900.HK)目標價至16元 評級「買入」
匯豐研究發表報告指,綠城中國(03900.HK)去年盈利增長強勁,預期合同銷售更快入賬和穩定的利潤率,上調集團2023-24年盈測7%及5%,維持「買入」評級。基於集團每股資產淨值(NAV)目標不變,目標價由16.8元下調至16元。
報告指,由於公司對專注於一線城市和強勁的融資能力,仍對其持樂觀看法。該行指,公司借貸成本低,去年為4.4%,加上積極的土地收購和韌性的銷售業績應能繼續吸引投資者。
