世紀併購宣布不足兩周 瑞銀(UBS.US)突任命前舵手Sergio Ermotti重新擔任CEO
早前在瑞士當局「強力撮合」下,瑞銀(UBS.US)宣布斥30億瑞郎收購同業瑞信(CS.US)。不足兩周內,瑞銀突宣布任免Sergio Ermotti再度擔任行政總裁,接替Ralph Hamers,Ermotti曾經任職瑞銀CEO長達九年,即由2011至2020年。Hamers在過渡期內將留任在瑞銀。有關變動將在下周股東周年大會後生效。
Ermotti現時為瑞士再保險主席。瑞銀稱,Hamers同意退任CEO以配合併購、瑞士金融業以至整個國家的利益。
