格隆匯3月29日丨雅生活服務(3319.HK)跌超7%,報6.98港元,總市值98億港元。該公司昨日盤後公佈,截至2022年12月31日止年度,集團錄得收入為人民幣153.79億元,較去年同期增長9.2%。公司股東應占利潤為人民幣18.4億元,較去年同期下降20.3%;淨利潤率為12.6%,同比下降5.6個百分點;剔除收併購帶來無形資產攤銷及固定資產評估增值的折舊後的淨利潤率為13.6%;每股基本盈利為人民幣1.30元。董事會不建議派發截至2022年12月31日止年度末期股息(2021年:每股人民幣0.41元(税前))。
