银行救助方案明确美股持续走高，科技内房双双造好港股紧跟向上

昨晚美國首領失業救濟人數下跌，加上歐洲央行加息50個基點，令道指低開，不過開盤後市場仍然最關心銀行業的情況，在不同銀行救助方案出來之後令美國三大指數持續走高，道指升371點，報32246點，納指升283點，報11717點；標指升68點，報3960點。市場主要新聞包括: 11家美國大型銀行向第一共和銀行存入300億美元，其中美國銀行、花旗、摩根大通、富國銀行各自向第一共和銀行存入50億美元無擔保存款。彭博社引述知情人士指，華爾街大銀行承諾至少在未來120天內爲第一共和銀行繼續提供援助。財長耶倫與聯儲局主席鮑威爾都表示，美國銀行業體系的韌性已得到彰顯。瑞士發聲明力撐瑞信，瑞信向瑞士央行借入500億瑞郎增強流動性， 集團亦將出售資產，以籌集最多25億美元資金等。
港股方面，美股向上令港股反彈逾300點。恆指高開235點，其後走勢反覆向上，恆指升314點，收報19518點，成交1649億元。港股中的科技股和內房股受到不同程度的好消息帶動，包括:摩根士丹利表示，市場存巨大需求證明對百度人工智能能力的信心，「文心一言」首階段可向約千間企業提供服務，而有逾萬間企業登記使用，認爲百度可享有中國先行優勢。重慶市委書記袁家軍及市委副書記兼市長鬍衡華，近日會見阿里巴巴董事會主席兼首席執行官張勇，雙方期望加強在渝業務整合統籌，料將圍繞智能網聯汽車、數字重慶、工業互聯網、鄉村振興、中新重慶國際互聯網數據專用通道、智博會、衛星互聯網、文化旅遊等領域，籌劃更多新合作，實現共贏發展。摩根大通發表研究報告指，國家統計局公佈的今年首兩個月房地產銷售數據全面錄得改善後，70個城市的一手樓價指數亦有令人鼓舞的數據，2月新房銷售按月轉正增長，錄17個月以來首次。
總結: 歐美銀行業的流動性危機看似已快速解決，不過市場已對地區或者小銀行出現信心危機，這會導致存款都流向大銀行，所以不排除日後更多地區或者小銀行出問題而導致更大的問題。另一方面，美聯儲現陷入兩難局面，拯救銀行同時要壓通脹，基本上是不可能的任務，當減慢或者停止加息令通脹再次快速上升，有機會令經濟進入深度衰退一段長時間。
