艾伯科技(02708.HK)公布,配售最多5,333.2萬股新股,佔擴大後股本7.4%;配售價1.5元,相當於上交易日(7日)收市價。集資總額8,000萬元,所得淨額7,789萬元,擬用於認購目標公司新股;償還負債;及一般營運資金。
公司已訂立諒解備忘錄,可能認購杭州一芯微科技不超過5%股權,其主要從事恆壓恆功率氣流傳感芯片的設計及開發,以及模組的生產及銷售,現金代價不超過4,000萬元。
