格隆匯3月7日丨攜程集團-S(09961.HK)發佈2022年第四季度及全年業績公吿,2022年第四季度,攜程集團淨營業收入為50億元人民幣(7.29億美元),同比上升7%。2022年全年,淨營業收入為200億元人民幣(29億美元),同比保持穩定。
2022年第四季度淨利潤為21億元人民幣(3.01億美元),相比2021年同期淨虧損為8.83億元人民幣,相比上季度淨利潤為2.45億元人民幣。2022年第四季度經調整EBITDA為2.86億元人民幣(4100萬美元),相比2021年同期為5400萬元人民幣,相比上季度為14億元人民幣。2022年第四季度經調整EBITDA利潤率為6%,相比2021年同期為1%,相比上季度為21%。2022年全年,淨利潤為14億元人民幣(2.01億美元),相比2021年淨虧損為6.45億元人民幣。
2022年全年,歸屬於攜程集團股東的淨利潤為14億元人民幣(2.06億美元),相比2021年淨虧損為5.5億元人民幣。若不計股權報酬費用以及按公允價值計量且其變動計入損益的投資和可交換債券公允價值變動損益,2022年歸屬攜程集團股東的淨利潤為13億元人民幣(1.89億美元),相比2021年淨利潤為14億元人民幣。
公司的國內業務穩健復甦,國際業務也繼續呈現強勁復甦勢頭。第四季度出境機票和酒店預訂量分別同比上升超過200%和140%。第四季度國際平台上的機票預訂量同比上升80%。“隨着12月中國大部分的旅行限制和隔離政策被取消、國際旅遊市場繼續保持強勁復甦態勢,全球旅遊業於2022年迎來了轉折點,”攜程董事會執行主席梁建章先生表示,“在第四季度,歐洲和美國繼續朝着常態化方向發展,亞太地區亦迅速復甦。自2023年初以來,中國出境旅遊快速增長,反映有大量出境旅遊需求受到壓抑。我們對未來機遇感到興奮,並已做好充分準備,以捕捉關鍵市場需求。”
