碧桂園服務(06098.HK)預計2022年度營收增長超40%
格隆匯3月3日丨碧桂園服務(06098.HK)公佈，預期截至2022年12月31日止十二個月(i)公司未經審核綜合收入(2021年同期：約人民幣288.430億元)及(ii)公司未經審核歸屬於公司股東的核心淨利潤(2021年同期：約人民幣46.069億元)將較2021年同期分別錄得超過40%及超過5%的增長。該增長主要由於收費管理面積增長與社區增值服務、商業運營服務業務收入的綜合上升等因素導致。
另一方面，預期截至2022年12月31日止十二個月(i)公司未經審核綜合税前利潤(2021年同期：約人民幣56.728億元)，(ii)公司未經審核綜合期內淨利潤(2021年同期：約人民幣43.495億元)，及(iii)公司未經審核歸屬於公司股東的淨利潤(2021年同期：約人民幣40.334億元)將較2021年同期分別下降約34%至40%、45%至51%、51%至57%。該下降主要是由於(i)2022年全國新冠疫情反覆，本集團配合疫情防護措施，由此產生額外防疫成本；(ii)新冠疫情封控期間，集團部分業務及商務活動較難正常開展，對收入及利潤產生一定負面影響；(iii)由集團若干收併購公司帶來的商譽及其他無形資產減值等因素導致。
2022年，集團克服經濟波動及疫情影響的嚴峻挑戰，積極響應政府抗疫情、保就業等號召，用實際行動踐行社會責任，與廣大業主、客户及員工攜手抗疫，共克時艱；不斷審視及調整經營戰略，在宏觀環境導致增值業務受壓的同時，通過提升現有業務模式、探索新業務模式、應用新服務技術等手段，進一步打造多元服務體系，為未來發展夯實基礎。2023年，隨着國家防疫政策優化，經濟穩步向好，業主需求不斷增加，物業行業將迎來更穩健的發展。集團將緊握市場機遇，進一步優化、創新服務和管理模式，保證公司經營、服務高質高效。基於集團良好及穩健的財務及營運狀況，董事會對集團未來的長期增長及發展充滿信心。
