據報俄羅斯未決定是否批準匯控(00005.HK)出售當地子公司
俄羅斯《塔斯社》報道,財政部副部長Alexei Moiseyev表示,已收到匯控(00005.HK)計劃出售俄羅斯子公司的申請,但當局尚未決定是否批準。
此前總統普京下令禁止來自不友好國家的個人與俄羅斯銀行進行股份交易,這導致外國銀行退出俄羅斯市場變得更加複雜,因出售俄羅斯業務將需要等得到總統的特別批準。Moiseyev稱,申請必須提交予總統府,如果總統府認爲有必要則會轉交予相關部委審理。
去年7月匯控宣佈已簽署協議,將俄羅斯子公司100%股權出售予Expobank,但雙方尚未獲得俄羅斯監管機構的批準。
