僑洋國際控股(08070.HK)擬斥2168萬港元收購新界辦公室物業
格隆匯2月24日丨僑洋國際控股(08070.HK)宣佈,於2023年2月23日,公司與賣方Jip Cheong Industrial Limited訂立該等臨時協議,據此(其中包括),公司同意購買及賣方同意出售該等物業,總代價為2168萬港元。
該等物業乃指物業I及物業II的統稱,物業I為香港新界荃灣海盛路9號有線電視大樓37樓01室,物業II為香港新界荃灣海盛路9號有線電視大樓37樓02室。董事擬利用該等物業作為其於香港的主要營業辦事處。
