Apollo智慧出行(00860.HK)完成出售Ideenion Automobil AG
Apollo智慧出行(00860.HK)宣佈完成出售其直屬全資附屬公司德國汽車工程服務外包商Ideenion Automobil AG,總現金代價1,500萬歐元,相當於約1.26億港元。交易完成,集團不再持有目標公司及其附屬公司任何權益,所得款項將用於自家品牌的汽車研發及相關業務,以及用作一般營運資金。
集團董事長何敬豐表示,是次交易使集團能夠以合理的價格變現其投資,同時進一步精簡業務,將更充足資源投放於豪華智能電動乘用車業務,未來將繼續專注於發展自家品牌頂級超跑及豪華智能電動乘用車,爲股東帶來最大回報。
