許正宇:有方法吸引沙地阿美等巨企來港上市
財經事務及庫務局長許正宇表示,行政長官李家超近期出訪中東並簽署十多份備忘錄或意向書,強調這些文件並非「空殼」,金管局及私人企業稍後會再到當地跟進,強調有方法吸引沙地阿美等巨企來港上市,但拒絕評論能否今年內談妥。
他又稱,現時正積極落實將國際企業放入去港股通,讓內地投資者可以直接投資一些國際企業,這對於國際發行人來說是有很大的吸引力。
他續指,香港在數碼化、綠色債券以及中東合作方面有較大機遇,同時歐洲亦是重點市場之一,因在綠色金融及可持續金融方面,歐洲在全球上仍然是相對領先的,因此正考慮會否出訪歐洲。
