宏利金融-S(00945.HK):調高普通股股息11%
格隆匯2月16日丨宏利金融-S(00945.HK)發佈公吿,宏利董事會宣佈派發季度股息每股普通股0.365加元,即每股普通股股息增加11%或3.5加拿大仙,並將於2023年3月20日或以後派發予於2023年2月28日營業時間結束時名列公司名冊的登記股東。
因應公司於加拿大及美國提供的“股息再投資及股份購買計劃”,公司將會在公開市場上收購普通股股份,以讓參加計劃的股東進行股息再投資及選擇以現金購股。此等普通股的購入價將以該類股份的實際平均收購價為基準,並無任何折讓。
