保聯:去年保險業從業員流失率高達20% 冀政府搶人才可減少流失
香港保險業聯會行政總監劉佩玲表示,撇除保險中介人,去年本港保險業從業員流失率介乎逾10%至20%,高於正常水平的單位數百分比,當中精算、資訊科技及財務人才流失最多。
保聯主席黃子遜指,人才流失主要是受到他國爭奪人才、移民潮及早前封關影響,期望在政府搶人才政策,以及與中國和海外恢復通關,行業今年人才流失情況可有所改善。
