易居企業(02048.HK)公布,截至2月3日,公司未能夠根據計劃完成重組,因此重組生效日期未於2022年12月14日發生,公司現正與顧問討論以形成經適當考慮所有利益相關者情況後的重組方案,有意及時並在今年3月底之前與舊票據持有人及公司其他財務債權人進行透明的對話,以尋找及達成協商一致的解決方案。(gc/u)
