2022年,受新冠疫情持續影響,民航業陷入持續低谷期,旅客運輸量2.5億人次,為2019年的38.1%。公司總部位於上海,經歷了疫情衝擊的嚴峻挑戰,同時,國際油價高企和人民幣兌美元匯率貶值等,也進一步加重成本壓力。
