深圳計劃推共有產權住房 市價5折出售
深圳市住建局發佈保障性住房相關的4份徵求意見,當中《深圳市共有產權住房管理辦法(徵求意見稿)》提到,爲建立多主體供給、多渠道保障、租購併舉的住房制度,完善本市住房保障體系,深圳將推出共有產權住房,住房將按照土地出讓時市場參考價格的50%,買家需持有的產權份額原則上不低於50%,同時亦不再安排建設安居型商品房。 根據該辦法,編制年度建設用地供應計劃時居住用地原則上不低於建設用地供應總量的30%,共有產權住房的申請條件主要爲深戶、在深繳納社保滿五年、無自有住房、未在本市享受過購房優惠政策、五年內未在本市轉讓過或因離婚分割過自有住房等。
