《新股消息》珍酒李渡申來港上市 傳籌最多4億美元
內地白酒公司「珍酒李渡」提交上市申請,聯席保薦人為高盛及中信建投國際。早前有市場消息指,珍酒李渡計劃在港集資約3億至4億美元。
初步招股文件顯示,按2021年收入計,珍酒李渡是第四大民營白酒公司。截至2022年9月30日止九個月,公司總收入達到近42.5億元人民幣,按年增長18.2%。期內純利錄7.12億元人民幣,按年跌8.8%。
是次上市集資所得將主要用於提升白酒產能、品牌建設及市場推廣、擴展銷售渠道,以及用於發展業務運營自動化及數字化。
