盤中異動 | 安踏漲超4%,去年品牌零售金額同比取得低單位數正增長
1月12日,$安踏體育(02020.HK)$開盤後上漲,截至發稿,該股漲超4%,現報114.4港元,成交額1.12億港元。
消息面上,昨日,安踏體育發佈公告,2022年第四季度,安踏品牌產品的零售金額與2021年同期相比取得高單位數的負增長;FILA品牌產品的零售金額與2021年同期相比取得10-20%低段的負增長;所有其他品牌產品的零售金額與2021年同期相比取得10-20%低段的正增長。
2022年全年,安踏品牌產品的零售金額與2021年相比取得低單位數的正增長;FILA品牌產品的零售金額與2021年相比取得低單位數的負增長;所有其他品牌產品的零售金額與2021年相比取得20-25%的正增長。
於2022年內大部份時間,爲貫徹落實中國大陸的疫情防控政策及措施,集團遵循各地政府的指引和要求,於特定區域暫停營運若幹實體店鋪(線下渠道)。因此,集團的線下零售業務受客流量顯著下跌及消費意欲減弱帶來的雙重不利影響,因而拖慢了集團零售表現的增長勢頭。儘管如此,集團策略性拓展電子商貿平臺(線上渠道)以推動線上銷售,抵銷了部份實體店鋪暫停營運的影響。
此外,由於集團的DTC(直面消費者)模式(安踏品牌)和直營業務(FILA品牌及所有其他品牌)對銷售貢獻較去年有所增加,集團的零售業務相關開支也有所增加。集團已執行嚴格的成本控制措施,以在所有可行範圍內削減經營開支,但不足以完全抵銷疫情對DTC模式和直營業務的銷售於2022年的影響。
疫情對集團的業務表現造成持續影響,其影響程度因地區以及爲應對該等影響而採取措施而異。2022年第四季度的客流量及消費意欲進一步下降,同時反映於集團的零售表現上。雖然經營環境充滿挑戰,惟集團的財務狀況維持穩健,並預期於2022年取得經營現金淨流入。然而,鑑於持續的宏觀不確定因素,集團將繼續採取靈活的“動態管理”方針以應對市場變化,務求在多變的經營環境下維持健康的庫存水平。
儘管如此,中國大陸的疫情防控措施已逐步放寬,隨着各項刺激內需的政策推進下,集團相信中國體育產業基礎仍然穩健,長期將保持穩中向好的趨勢。集團正積極準備把握市場復甦後的增長機遇,並會繼續推行“單聚焦、多品牌、全球化”戰略,以保持高質量增長。
