中銀航空租賃(02588.HK)：2022年接收34架新飛機，向航空公司客户移交21架二手飛機
格隆匯1月12日丨中銀航空租賃(02588.HK)公佈，截至2022年12月31日止第四季度，自有、代管及已訂購的飛機共計633架，自有機隊共有392架飛機，經賬面淨值加權後的平均機齡為4.4年、平均剩餘租期為8.1年，訂單簿包括206架飛機。
2022年第四季度執行82項交易，2022年全年共執行298項，其中包括：第四季度承諾購買41架飛機，2022年共承諾購買147架，第四季度交付8架新飛機，2022年共交付34架，第四季度售出11架自有飛機，全年共售出18架自有及代管飛機，第四季度簽訂13項租賃承諾，2022年共簽訂78項。
自有及代管機隊共服務於39個國家和地區的84家航空公司客户，代管機隊包括35架飛機(一架單通道飛機脱租)。該脱租飛機已承諾租賃。截至2022年12月31日，自有飛機利用率穩定於96%，其中3架單通道飛機及4架雙通道飛機脱租。所有雙通道飛機及一架單通道飛機已承諾租賃。
總經理兼首席執行官Robert Martin表示："2022年是充滿挑戰的一年，我們繼續聚焦長遠發展並創下新的里程碑。包括2022年承諾購買的147架飛機在內，公司自1993年成立以來承諾購買的飛機總數超過1,020架。如今，公司已邁入經營的第30個年頭，我們將繼續為未來營收增長奠定堅實基礎。"
副總經理兼首席運營官David Walton補充道："2022年，公司取得了良好的運營表現，接收了34架新飛機，向航空公司客户移交了21架二手飛機，同時保持了位居行業前列的低齡化機隊(平均機齡4.4年)和長剩餘租期(平均剩餘租期8.1年)。"
