《公司業績》迅銷(06288.HK)首財季綜合經營溢利按年跌2%至1,170億日圓 維持全年預測不變
迅銷(06288.HK)公布,截至2022年11月底止首財季業績,綜合收益總額為7,163億日圓,較2021年同期增長14.2%。綜合經營溢利總額則按年下降2%至1,170億日圓;母公司擁有人應佔季度溢利為850億日圓,按年跌9.1%。毛利率按年下降0.9個百分點,達到53.1%。
公司解釋,經營溢利出現輕微下降,是由於UNIQLO(優衣庫)日本及大中華地區經營溢利均有所下降,但在其他地區如仍南韓、東南亞、北美、歐洲(俄羅斯除外)等地表現則超出預期,錄得收益及溢利雙雙增長。
按業務劃分,日本UNIQLO收益總額按年增長6.4%至2,409億日圓,經營溢利跌5.6%至394億日圓。海外UNIQLO收益總額為3,578億日圓,增長19.4%,經營溢利總額為572億日圓,跌4.4%。GU(極優)品牌首季收益及經營溢利為793億及106億日圓,分別按年增長13.6%及19.3%。
迅銷維持此前預測不變,預期2023財年全年度收益及經營溢利將錄得增長,其中綜合收益總額料達到2.65萬億日圓,按年增長15.2%;綜合經營溢利料達3,500億日圓,增長17.7%;母公司擁有人應佔溢利達2,300億日圓,按年下降15.9%。
迅銷指,上半財年綜合業績料將符合預期,錄得收益及經營溢利雙增長,至於UNIQLO中國大陸業績受疫情影響,或將起伏不定,但仍有信心下半財年業績應可達標。
迅銷去年12月15日公布計劃進行股份分拆,並修正每股股息預測,預計分拆後全年度每股股息將為230日圓,其中包括中期派息115日圓及期末派息115日圓。按股份分拆前計算,全年度每股股息預計為690日圓,中期及期末各派345日圓,相比去年10月公布時每股多派10日圓。
