住建部部長:對購買首套房要大力支持 有信心房地產市場企穩回升
據《央視新聞》報道,國家住房和城鄉建設部部長倪虹表示,住房城鄉建設工作要實現質的有效提升和量的合理增長,必須要在精準上下功夫。因城施策、精準施策,提振市場信心。對於購買第一套住房的要大力支持,首付比、首套利率該降的都要降下來。
倪虹稱對於購買第二套住房的,要合理支持。以舊換新、以小換大、生育多子女家庭都要給予政策支持。對於購買三套以上住房的,原則上不支持,就是不給投機炒房者重新入市留有空間。同時,增加保障性租賃住房的供給和長租房市場的建設,讓新市民、青年人能夠更好地安居。
倪虹表示,對2023年住房城鄉建設工作還是充滿信心,他對房地產市場企穩回升,還是很有信心。
