元旦新房成交回暖!港A房地產及相關產業鏈股集體走強
格隆匯1月4日丨港A兩地房地產股及物業管理、家居等相關產業鏈股集體走強,港股內房股中,旭輝漲超11%,綠城中國漲超9%,寶龍地產漲超8%,龍湖集團、新城發展漲超7%,萬科企業漲超5%,碧桂園漲近5%;物業管理股中,時代鄰里漲超10%,保利物業、碧桂園服務漲超8%。A股地產股中,新華聯、三湘印象漲停,新城控股逼近漲停,金地集團、中交地產漲超8%;家居股中,兔寶寶、皮阿諾、帝歐家居漲停。中指研究院監測數據顯示,2023年元旦假期期間,重點監測城市新建商品住宅成交面積較去年元旦假期增長超兩成。其中廣州表現亮眼,增幅1.3倍,北京、上海緊隨其後,分別上漲80%、74%。但三四綫城市依舊低迷,整體需求尚待恢復。另外,河南省昨日(1月3日)召開河南省大力提振市場信心促進經濟穩定向好新聞發佈會,河南省委常委、常務副省長孫守剛表示,取消和調整過熱時期妨礙消費需求釋放的限制性政策。
