12月31日訊，12月31日阿裏巴巴於12月31日發起“助力鄉村疫情防控”專項行動——阿裏健康聯合阿裏公益向全國農村地區及返鄉人羣提供免費在線問診服務，上淘寶搜“問醫生”可直達問診頁面，7×24小時在線，阿裏巴巴公益基金承擔全部問診費用。此外，阿裏健康已聯合北京大學第一醫院、武漢大學人民醫院等國內知名專家團隊爲縣-鄉-村基層醫生提供新冠診治免費培訓。同時，向全國22個欠發達縣域5200多個鄉村衛生室，捐助包括N95口罩、抗原、血氧儀、退燒藥等急需的救治藥品，首批物資已在緊急調配和運送中。
