新城市廣場:除夕元旦假期商戶生意額按年升20% 人流升15%
新鴻基地產(00016.HK)旗下新城市廣場表示,受惠於長假期效應及防疫措施放寬,除夕及元旦假期商場人流及生意額分別按年上升15%及20%。
新鴻基地產代理有限公司租務部副總經理許嘉雯透露,過去的除夕適逢週末,加上最近防疫措施大幅度放寬,令節日氣氛更趨濃厚,不少市民都外出慶祝跨年,市況熱鬧,預期隨着通關在即,以及農曆新年將至,零售市道將持續暢旺。(gc/s)
