安徽省淮北市具备国资背景的建筑材料供应商淮北绿金股份(02450.HK)公布招股详情,拟全球发售6,600万股,香港公开发售占一成,国际发售占九成。每股招股价介乎1.91至2.31元。每手1,500股计,一手入场费3,499.95元。该股今日(12月30日)起招股,明年1月13日中午截止,预期1月20日挂牌。独家保荐人为光大证券。
如以招股价中位数2.11元计,公司上市料净集资约9,580万元,当中约90%用于结算二期高楼山矿区采矿权的剩余购买价款项;约10%用作集团的一般营运资金。
