格隆匯12月22日丨明源雲(0909.HK)大幅拉昇漲超10%,現報7.47港元,總市值146億港元。房企再迎利好政策,證監會強調,大力支持房地產市場平穩發展。全面落實改善優質房企資產負債表計劃,繼續實施民企債券融資專項支持計劃和支持工具。國泰君安曾指出,“保交樓、保民生”相關的房地產項目以及經濟適用房和棚户區改造等,這些均為地產數字化服務商可以切入的環節,相關服務商的訂單表現有望出現邊際改善。
