地政總署表示,今日(16日)截標的啟德商住用地共接獲6份標書。現場所見,入標發展商包括旭日國際及南豐獨資入標,另有嘉華國際(00173.HK)、長實集團(01113.HK)及恆地(00012.HK)競投。 該啟德2A區4號、5(B)號及10號合併用地地皮面積約21.44萬平方呎,最高樓面面積達141.7963萬平方呎,其中非工業(不包括私人住宅、倉庫、酒店、政府配置及加油站)用途最多29.65萬平方呎,私人住宅用途最高樓面面積最多112.15萬平方呎。市場最新估值介乎約113.4億元至148.9億元,每平方呎估值約8,000元至10,500元,較早前預測下調最多近兩成。
