碧桂園(02007.HK)發行10億人幣公司債券 利率4%及4.88%
碧桂園(02007.HK)旗下碧桂園地產於上周五(9日)完成今年第二期公司債券簿記建檔工作。該期債券規模合計共10億元人民幣(下同),分為兩個品種發行,債券簡稱分別為「22碧地02」、「22碧地03」。
其中,債券「22碧地02」發行規模為8億元,期限兩年,發行票面利率為4.88%;債券「22碧地03」發行規模為2億元,期限2年,發行票面利率為4%。
據悉,該期債券是深交所落地的首批「央地合作模式」民營房企融資支持試點項目。
