雅居樂(03383.HK)擬折讓8%售雅生活(03319.HK)股權 套現4.9億元
雅居樂(03383.HK)公布,其間接全資附屬中山雅生活企業管理服務擬透過大宗交易協議,出售4,860萬股雅生活(03319.HK)H股,佔後者股本約3.42%,每股作價10.18元,較雅生活昨日(8日)收市價11.06元折讓約7.96%。
公司預期,出售事項所得款項淨額約為4.9億元,擬用於加強集團的資產負債表及財務流動資金,推動集團的持續健康發展,增強集團的短期償債能力。
緊隨完成後,賣方於雅生活的持股量降至約43.32%。
