人行營管部:用好「保交樓」專項借款等政策 加大房地產貸款投放力度
人民銀行營業管理部近日以現場與視頻結合形式召開北京地區中資銀行貨幣信貸和金融服務通報會提到,支持房地產市場平穩健康發展,用好「保交樓」專項借款和民營企業債券融資支持工具等各項政策,加大對房地產企業和建築企業的貸款投放力度,積極支持個人住房貸款合理需求,持續優化住房租賃信貸服務。
各銀行繼續執行好對小微企業和個體工商戶的支付手續費減免政策;積極支持文化和旅遊企業抵御疫情影響,不盲目限貸、抽貸、斷貸。
會議要求,各銀行要做好穩大盤和助企紓困金融服務工作,加大對實體經濟的支持力度,全力推動經濟進一步回穩向上。 (ta/w) ~
