華潤置地(01109.HK)承諾深圳兩新盤「降價補差」 首期低至5萬人幣
據內媒報道,華潤置地(01109.HK)為深圳區即將入市的兩個新盤,包括潤暉府、潤曦府,俗稱為「光明雙子」,公開承諾「降價補差」。在保價期間,只要購房者發現買「貴」了,華潤置地承諾全額賠付。此外,華潤置地還推出首付分期活動,首期款項低至5萬元人民幣,剩餘款項在3月內付清即可。
華潤置地表示,這是以市場需求為導向,堅定「信心承諾,買房保價」原則,維護住房消費者的合法權益,讓每一位購房者買得安心,住得放心。
華潤置地將於每季末定期公布「光明雙子」已成交的房源成交明細及折扣體系,保價購房者可申請查閱成交價格及成交折扣明細。此外,如若購房者已完成一次申請並成功補償,再次發現項目更低折扣成交房源,可再次申請差額補償。
有消息人士透露,為搶收業績,總部高管下沈到一線,主持管理營銷工作,營銷線員工的宣講、推介、巡鋪、致電客戶等工作,都要當天覆盤並向上匯報。
據了解,華潤置地是今年深圳首個宣布降價賠付的開發商,也是自2008年以來深圳少見的「保價行動」。(ca/u)
