據港交所文件,奶牛牧場營運商澳亞集團有限公司(AustAsia Group Pte. Ltd.)通過港股主板IPO聆訊,聯席保薦人為中金公司和星展銀行。
根據弗若斯特沙利文的資料,於2021年,就原料奶的銷量、銷售額及產量而言,澳亞集團在中國所有奶牛牧場運營商中分別排名第三、第四及第 五,市場份額分別為1.6%、1.8%及1.7%。
截至2021年及2022年6月30日止六個月,經調整EBITDA分別為1.05億美元及6,921.6萬美元;毛利率分別為33.4%及24.5%。
